As a customer or visitor to supsports.com, you don’t have to worry about your privacy or security. There’s a limited amount of information we may collect without having you answer a few questions. We automatically collect only the domain name (IP address), but not the email address of visitors to our site. If you want to hear from us, you have to contact us and provide a way for us to contact you. If you place an order, your information is stored in our secure customer database. You are not at risk of being deluged with junk mail, because we don’t rent or sell our list to ANYONE.

Price Matching Policy:

If you should find a lower priced item than what we have advertised, simply provide us with written documentation, including the name and phone number, or URL address of the establishment. Price matching has to meet the following conditions: The product being price matched has to be identical to the product we have in stock. This means that the product must be identical in model year, size, and, color…etc. The price we are matching must include all costs that our competitor would charge you for the item…including tax and shipping/handling where applicable. The product that we are matching must be in stock, available for purchase from a legitimate brick and mortar storefront. Price matching does not apply to Craigslist, eBay or other internet auction sites. When requesting a price match, please be aware that prices will be compared on the following criteria: Price matching does not apply when you use coupons, rebates, promotional offers, or product-bundle pricing on the order. Once we verify the item and its price, we will be more than happy to match that price provided that it does not also take us below our cost. We will not be undersold!

Shipping Policy:

We ship the fastest, most cost effective way, utilizing the best shippers in the industry. Small items are shipped via Fedex. Online orders placed between Monday and Friday will normally start processing within one business day of receipt. Online orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will normally start processing on Monday, or the next non-holiday business day. All online orders are acknowledged by e-mail. If an item is out of stock or backordered, we will notify you by email or by phone number that you provided.

2. NOTE any holes, marks, and/or tears in box(s) BEFORE signing for
shipment.

We take every precaution to protect the boards with multiple layers of
high quality cardboard and packaging materials…but, writing this on the Way Bill
covers both of us in the unlikely event that there is an issue…not writing the above script
could jeopardize a claim should it be needed even though we add extra insurance..

Please take photos of the boxes to note any rips or tears on the outside
of the packaging prior to opening them up. This way, if there is any damage, we can
document it completely.

Board Warranty Policy

We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our products and stand by every product we make.

Your SUP Sports® board should arrive in good con­di­tion and ready for use. We spend lots of time and effort to design, develop, and build high qual­ity prod­ucts…and, we go to great lengths to guarantee that they get to you in the best shape possible…you will witness first hand the due diligence and time we spend preparing your board for shipment…our shipping department is second to none.

We offer the fol­low­ing lim­ited war­ranty against any defect in work­man­ship or mate­ri­als. Please con­tact our cus­tomer ser­vice department if you aren’t sure whether or not your item is cov­ered by our war­ranty.

All SUP Sports® branded SUP boards are cov­ered under a lim­ited 90-day war­ranty. In the case that a war­ranty is needed for any SUP Sports® prod­uct, it will be exe­cuted through your offi­cial SUP Sports® dealer where orig­i­nal pur­chase was made. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and may not be transferred. If prod­uct is con­sid­ered under war­ranty, SUP Sports® may also elect to cover the repair and ship­ping costs asso­ci­ated with the repair and/or replacement on a case by case basis. SUP boards by built by other manufacturers will be covered under that manufacturer’s specific warranty policy. All warranty claims should be submitted DIRECTLY to the manufacturer, however, in some cases we may be able to facilitate manufacturer warranty claims on behalf of our customers, this is solely at our discretion on a case by case basis.

This pol­icy cov­ers manufacturer’s defects ONLY. Small cosmetic issues do not affect the performance, function, or structural integrity of the board and are not applicable.

We are always striving to build our boards with the optimum strength/weight ratio to assure high performance, while still being affordable. Like with any high performance surfboard, signs of wear and tear are normal. Carbon is stronger for it’s weight compared to other materials…but, has less impact resistance and is more susceptible to UV and heat damage. Board bags are recommended. Board bags should never be zipped up tight with a wet board inside…always leave zipper partially open and keep out of direct sun. Paint damage, osmosis blistering, or other defects can be caused by storage of the board in closed, damp conditions. User inflicted dings are usually easy, and inexpensive, to repair.

EXCLUDED FROM COVERAGE
This lim­ited war­ranty excludes the following:
Boards that show impact or abuse in, or out of, waves…all surfboards are subject to breakage…especially, in larger than normal surf events…dam­age due to heat expo­sure includ­ing, but not lim­ited to, direct sun expo­sure…extended amount of time in a car, storage area, board bag, etc…rack damage…paddle strikes…knee paddling…heel dents…rock impact…damage or defects caused by transport, loading, unloading, dropping, or, off water handling…etc…
Wet boards zipped up tight in board bags…
Pre­vi­ous repairs…this warranty is void if any unauthorized repair, change or modification has been made to any part of the equipment.
Bro­ken boards…
Boards with signs of improper care or handling…
Inci­den­tal damage…fin impact…etc…
Unrea­son­able use…

FREIGHT INSPECTION
Nobody packs boards better than us. However, in the unlikely event that there is damage, we ask you to carefully follow this protocol. Please carefully inspect all freight upon delivery. Upon receiving the board please write on the Way Bill “Possible Concealed Damage Pending Full Inspection”. Note any holes and/or tears in box(s). Please inspect box and unwrap contents so that you don’t throw away fins and/or accessories. Have the carrier document in writing a detailed description of the damages on box or board before signing anything, return damaged board to driver, and then contact us immediately. If you sign, or the person receiving the product for you, signs for the board and takes the damaged freight from the terminal…or you let the driver leave after delivery to your residence or business, we are not liable to replace it…and, it could jeapordize the damage claim resulting in you having to pay return freight charges in order to get a replacement. WARRANTY PROCEDURE
You must have valid proof of pur­chase from an autho­rized SUP Sports dealer. You must have a valid and visible serial number.

A restocking fee may be charged. After 30 days, at our discretion, items may be returned for exchange only.
The product manufacturer’s warranty will usually warrant against manufacturer defects and/or materials for a specified period of time. Warranty periods and service levels may vary by product. In some cases, the buyer will be required to contact our distributor(s) directly about warranty coverage. Please call our toll free number at: (888) 805-9978 or send email to a customer service rep before returning product(s) after 30 days to determine if you are eligible to receive a RMA number.

No refunds, returns for repair or exchanges will be granted without a RMA number! Do not ship your product(s) back without contacting us.

ALL WARRANTY RETURNS MUST BE APPROVED BY OUR WARRANTY DEPARTMENT BEFORE ANY REPLACEMENTS ARE ISSUED. BOARD REPLACEMENTS MAY TAKE TIME IF STOCK IN THE EXACT ITEM (COLOR/MODEL…ETC) IS DEPLETED.

Return Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product you purchased from supsports.com, please e-mail us or call us at: (888) 805-9978 within 30 days of purchase and we will discuss whether an exchange, repair, credit or refund is appropriate. This is done on a case by case basis. Include the reason for the return, current daytime telephone number and address so we can assess the problem and issue a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. You may be asked to provide a picture(s) and explanation to help resolve the issue faster. We are not a big box store, simply “not wanting the product anymore” is not a valid return reason.
All orders for closeout or used items are final at checkout. After 30 days, all sales are final.

If an RMA # is issued, simply return the unused item(s) in original, as new packaging, to us with prepaid shipping within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund the price you paid for that item, less the original shipping cost. The return or exchange credit amount is determined by the retail price at the time the item was purchased less a reasonable use fee to return product to as new condition. Please include a copy of your invoice for processing. In some cases, used products may be returned and placed at our store on a consignment basis at an agreed upon price. We will help assist in pricing the product to help affect sale. A credit will be issued upon closure of the sale, which will include an agreed upon fee, plus tax and credit card processing for each item.

In case of a new product, your credit card will be credited for the returned item(s) upon receipt in new condition with original packaging materials. Your credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped.
