Return Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with a product you purchased from, please e-mail us or call us at: (888) 805-9978 within 30 days of purchase and we will discuss whether an exchange, repair, credit or refund is appropriate. This is done on a case by case basis. Include the reason for the return, current daytime telephone number and address so we can assess the problem and issue a RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. You may be asked to provide a picture(s) and explanation to help resolve the issue faster. We are not a big box store, simply “not wanting the product anymore” is not a valid return reason.
All orders for closeout, used, or customized items are final at checkout. After 30 days, all sales are final.

If an RMA # is issued, simply return the unused item(s) in original, as new packaging, to us with prepaid shipping within 30 days of purchase, and we will refund the price you paid for that item, less the original shipping cost. The return or exchange credit amount is determined by the retail price at the time the item was purchased less a reasonable use fee to return product to as new condition. Please include a copy of your invoice for processing. In some cases, used products may be returned and placed at our store on a consignment basis at an agreed upon price. We will help assist in pricing the product to help affect sale. A credit will be issued upon closure of the sale, which will include an agreed upon fee, plus tax and credit card processing for each item.

In case of a new product, your credit card will be credited for the returned item(s) upon receipt in new condition with original packaging materials. Your credit card will be charged for the replacement item(s) when shipped.

A restocking fee may be charged. After 30 days, at our discretion, items may be returned for exchange only. The product manufacturer’s warranty will usually warrant against manufacturer defects and/or materials for a specified period of time. Warranty periods and service levels vary by manufacturer and product. In some cases, the buyer will be required to contact the manufacturer directly about warranty coverage. Please call our toll free number at: (888) 805-9978 or send email to a customer service rep before returning product(s) after 30 days to determine if you are elgible to receive a RMA number.

No refunds, returns for repair or exchanges will be granted without a RMA number! Do not ship your product(s) back without contacting us.
